Hi, I’m Calif and welcome to my corner of the internet. I am a medical doctor and budding epidemiologist by trade but outside of the hospital I am burdened by a whole host of passions and interests. Much of my time is spent running, cycling, hiking, in the gym, playing tennis, reading, stargazing and much more. It is on this site I want to share my reflections navigating life as both an opportunity to flesh out my own thoughts but also to invite the perspective of others.
